Fresh Homes Real Estate is a real estate brokerage started in the Redding California area in 2012 built upon a family of entrepreneurs and surrounded by a community to fall in love with -Redding California locals! Brokered by Janet Fullmer till 2020 who has been in the real estate industry over 30 years and has been a top performing agent nominated as top 5 in her area during some of her years as an agent. Michael DeMers (Janet Fullmer's son) in 2012 founded Fresh Homes and is now active as owner and real estate broker for Sacramento California and surrounding areas Sacramento - Placer - Nevada and Shasta Counties (NORCAL). Janet Fullmer and Michael DeMers still work together along with a new family addition Rebecca DeMers (Janet's Daughter/Michael's Sister) as a transaction coordinator. Michael had the vision for creating the Fresh Homes brokerage based off passing the real estate knowledge to the next generation of the family. Michael has a passion for clients who are buying, selling, or investing in Real Estate to experience a team that has their best interests in mind from the moment the real estate relationship starts, through every step of the process, and truly after the property sells or is purchased.
